Eligibility

Catalyst Cash helps you organize financial information, run weekly audits, evaluate debt and cash flow, and ask follow-up questions using selected AI models.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate
- AI outputs may contain factual, arithmetic, or reasoning errors.
- You should verify calculations, dates, and recommendations before acting on them.
- The product does not guarantee completeness, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Third-party services
- Plaid connections are optional and governed by Plaid's own terms and privacy policy.
- AI requests are routed through the Catalyst Cash backend proxy to the selected production AI provider, currently OpenAI, only after in-app AI Data Consent. Requests can include your question, minimized financial context, preferences, and recent audit context intended to support useful answers while excluding private account identifiers and access details.
- Availability and behavior of third-party services may change without notice.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free and Pro tiers may include usage limits such as audit and chat quotas.
- An eligible fresh user may start a 7-day promotional Pro trial without a payment sheet. It does not auto-renew; when it ends, the free plan and local data remain.
- Catalyst Cash Pro Monthly and Annual are separate auto-renewable subscriptions. The current localized price and duration are shown in the iOS paywall and Apple confirmation sheet before purchase.
- Catalyst Cash Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew. Its current localized price is shown in the iOS paywall and Apple confirmation sheet before purchase.
- Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund flows.
- RevenueCat may be used to validate subscription entitlements.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse rate limits, entitlement checks, or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the app without permission.
- Do not use the product to provide professional financial services to others.
Intellectual property
The app, brand, code, design, and content remain the property of Catalyst Cash and its licensors.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalyst Cash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
- This includes losses caused by incorrect AI output, bad input data, service interruptions, or third-party failures.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Catalyst Cash harmless for claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these terms.
Disputes and governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
- Disputes are subject to binding arbitration except where injunctive relief is available by law.
- Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent allowed by law.
